Sip & Shop Vendor & Sponsor Information
Thank you for adding our 1st Annual Sip & Shop Social & Networking event to your F/W lineup - we’re really looking forward to having you for our event.
To get started please look over event details, requirements, fees & fill out the form below. Once we receive your inquiry, we will follow up to collect your payment.

Time: Event begins at 3pm. Please be there at 2:00 PM to set up.

Theme: 1st Annual Holiday Sip and Shop
Vendor Drop-off of Displays/Products: There is a direct entrance into the event space. There are a few select chairs. But we suggest bringing your own table and maybe one chair as this is a creative studio.
Parking: After unloading, please park in a parking space or on the street.
Vendor & Goodie Bag Fees
*Please Note: Vendor will not be considered reserved until payment is received.
The registration fee to be a vendor at the Holiday Sip & Shop is $50.00 until November 9, 2019. November 9, 2019 the fee will increase to $60.00 up until the November 14, 2019. Payment can be transmitted via PayPal or Cash App. The fee for the goodie bag business card placement is $15.
**No refunds will be provided unless the event is cancelled by Porterie Boutique due to inclement weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances
– Large display booths may not be used due to the limited space size. Free standing backdrops, bookcases, rolling racks and wire racks that fit within your space are allowed.
– Display product signs or banners that are free standing or attached to your booth. No tape, adhesive, or other attachments may be used on the walls.
– Please clean your designated booth area and remove all trash and unsold items.
– Vendor booths must be manned at all times. You are solely responsible for the security needs for your booth as well as for all your merchandise or display materials
– Neither Porterie Boutique nor Select Studios will be held liable for lost or stolen property, money, and/or other resources before, during, or after this event.
